I want to know why the moon makes me smile.
I want to know who really knows me.
I want to know how some people can make me so angry.
I want to know how one person that I love got to be so angry, so bitter.
I want to know what life will be like in 5 years. 10. 15. 20.
I want to know who's to blame.
I want to know why betrayal is so easy for some people, and so hard for me.
I want to know why loyalty and commitment aren't laws.
I want to know why darkness can be so rewarding.
I want to know why tongues don't sting when they lie.
I want to know how some people are so unbelieving.
I want to know why importance isn't measured by someone's heart anymore, but by what they can provide for you.
I want to know why people look at you strange when you know exactly who you are.
I want to know what goes on in the minds of those who do wrong just to do wrong, and how I can help them see the beauty in goodness.
I want to know what inspired Shakespeare, Dickinson, Frost, and Austen to write.
I want to know why others can't see the majesty in words.
I want to know when people stopped appreciating their friends. Yes, life catches you up in all of its eccentricities and you can get lost and forget the important people sometimes. I've been in this exact position. But why stay in such a cold, unforgiving place? That's what I really want to know.

The dream was always running ahead of me. To catch up, to live for a moment in unison with it, that was the miracle. (Anais Nin)
